Since Expo86 Vancouver has been at the centre of much real estate interest. Property developments in the Coal Harbour and False Creek areas, amongst others, and the rates at which they have been sold to local and out of town parties have been a testament to that. The choice of Vancouver/Whistler as the site of the 2010 Olympic Games has generated even more attention. To serve the needs of those who may be interested in Vancouver for real estate reasons this page provides some resources that deal with many aspects of property ownership in this area.
We have chosen to identify some key sites directly but we have also decided that some sites produced by real estate agents, between them, provide all the information anyone could need. We suggest that beyond whatever original content they may have created to inform their visitors, a visit to their various "useful link" pages is a worthwhile effort, even by those who may be interested in other issues.
