During the course of a stay in Vancouver there are four issues that are visitor constants, accommodation, shopping, touring and dining. This page deals with combining dining and views of Vancouver. These choices do not deal with menus, cuisine, wine lists or chefs. Since dining is not an optional activity we offer the opportunity to do so at restaurants, cafes, bistros and concessions that include attractive if not spectacular views of the Vancouver area.
There are two basic types of views available. Waterfront or from an elevation. Elevation can be achieved by the height of the building in which the restaurant is located or from the location of the facility on a hilltop or mountainside. Where possible a website will be included to facilitate investigating specific aspects of the restaurant (hours, menus...). It should be mentioned that in most cases the fact that views are included prices tend to have a premium attached compared to non view locations.
We strongly suggest that you use web resources such as GOOGLE and enter the name of the restaurant along with the term ..review.. to give you some comments regarding prices, service and quality of food. Please keep in mind that any review, good or bad, should be taken with a healthy degree of skepticism.
